Description
The HTML tag, <html>, includes a "dir" attribute, but not a "lang" attribute. A "lang" attribute should be added that includes the language of the document. Similarly, a "xml:lang" attribute should be included. See https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-html-language-declarations
- Add 2 attributes to the <html> tag
- lang
- xml:lang
- Both should be set to the the appropriate 2 (or 3) character language code, e.g. "en", "fr", "es", etc. See https://www.iana.org/assignments/language-subtag-registry/language-subtag-registry
