Description
Add a reminder automation task that will run periodically to remind staff that a ticket is assigned to them and is waiting for their reply.
- Automation task runs on a schedule that can send the reminders
- Reminder frequency can be set on the department (Every x hours, 1-96 maybe?)
We need to know requirements.. something like this?:
- Assigned to a specific Staff user
- In the status "In Progress" OR the last reply was not by the assigned staff user? Need clarification on this one.
