      Description

      Add a reminder automation task that will run periodically to remind staff that a ticket is assigned to them and is waiting for their reply.

      1. Automation task runs on a schedule that can send the reminders
      2. Reminder frequency can be set on the department (Every x hours, 1-96 maybe?)

      We need to know requirements.. something like this?:

      • Assigned to a specific Staff user
      • In the status "In Progress" OR the last reply was not by the assigned staff user? Need clarification on this one.
