Description
Allow clients to rate their support experience after a ticket has been resolved.
If enabled, we can send a link in the last ticket update when a ticket is closed with a section to rate the ticket on 1-5 stars, shown at the bottom of the ticket email. Alternatively, we could send an email a certain period of time after a ticket is closed that just asks the user to rate their experience.
These ratings should be shown when viewing a ticket as an admin, and this rating could be displayed under Support > Tickets, above the ticket listing.
