Description
Right now we are simply copying the existing email template content for the message template, but the formatting is not well suited to text messages. This is especially the case since some essential details may be truncated due to them appearing at the end of the message.
A new config value should be added for the order_received message template that puts the ticket # and such at the beginning of the template rather than the end and replaces the "|" separators with newlines.
