      Description

There seems to be an intermittent issue when sorting tickets by Department as an admin, and then navigating to page 2. This probably does not only apply to this sort type or page number, but it's where I have personally experienced it.

It's possible to see the same ticket that's on page 1 on page 2, even though no changes have been made (New or updated tickets) during that time.

If you have multiple pages of tickets, and you sort by Department on page 1, and go to page 2, sometimes you will see 1 or more of the same tickets on the second page. It doesn't always happen, and I'm not sure if it happens on page load or via ajax reload.

If this occurs when you sort by Department, then I suspect the issue is with the database. The department field is just an ID, so all tickets within that department can be listed in any order since you are only ordering tickets with differing departments relative to each other. If you don't want to have the possibility of the database ordering tickets arbitrarily within the department then another order column has to be added, such as by last reply date, or the ticket ID.
